Summary: Sometimes things don’t go as planned, and unexpected issues can arise. What really stood out was the staff’s genuine care and willingness to help. They did everything they could to resolve things quickly and with a warm, thoughtful approach. A lovely example of Chinese hospitality. Thank you!
